He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"I spoke to Walt about doing an estimate to remove mold that resulted from a leak in our garage roof. Although we were slightly outside of their service area, Walt was agreeable to coming out as I was having difficulty finding and/or receiving a response from other companies with the proper mold removal certifications. Walt was able to fit us into the schedule quickly and was friendly and professional during his visit to perform the air testing and gather the necessary information to provide an estimate for the mold remediation. He contacted us promptly both by email and phone with the estimate and was able to schedule the job, all within a few days.
Kurt supervised the job and went above and beyond the call of duty. Prior to his arrival, we had not yet been able to confirm the source of the leak in the roof. Our roof is quite complex, having many different angles and being steeply pitched above the garage. A roofing company had attempted to locate the leak, but had been unsuccessful as well. Although this was not part of the service, Kurt (an experienced roofer) spent considerable time trying to find the source of the leak himself using our garden hose. He was able to isolate the area and when we called the roofers back, they concentrated on that area and were finally able to repair the roof. It's been a little over 6 months since all the repairs were completed and we've had no further water damage or mold growth. I gave AHS a rating of "N/A" for pricing as I cannot compare their pricing to other companies, who had an opportunity to provide additional estimates, but never responded to inquires. "Excellent company! My water heater stopped working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. The team arrived on time, displayed professionalism, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again."

"Thought my well tank and switch had gone bad. Called Jerry’s they were out to look at my problem same day. They believed it was the tank and switch as well. Having an old house where the additions were built over the actual well. Anyway they came back the next morning and worked tirelessly to get water back to my home. Unfortunately the well ended up being the problem but they recommended a well drilling company. Awesome job guys!!"

"Put in the call on a Saturday, since heater needed replacement on a Monday.  The serviceman was excellent and very professional, really exemplary representing his company. He thoroughly explained not only the problem of the breakdown, but each stage of the needed repair (with brilliant clarity), future do's and don't's and maintenance needs. I was anticipating an expense repair (heater was free since it was under waranty).  It was approximately $500 more than I expected due to an expensive part (backflow preventer). I'm still in sticker schock from that item.  This expense and the fact that there is no official discount from the pre-repair/emergency response visit are the only "negatives."  The actual service charges were reasonable, and at least, at market rate.  If you are in a situation where you can have your service within business hours during the week, do that you save yourself the emergency service charge of $134. Overall:  Magnolia is well-established and offers reliable service (for instance, they do several follow up calls at different stages of the repair).
