"If I could give Mike 10 stars I would. He did an outstanding job with the hardwood floor which was stained. He was able to remove the stain with no problem. Thank you for an excellent job."

"Please do not publish my address. You ca put Beacon, but that is all. UPDATE 06/29/2016 : He is still working on remodeling the bathroom. He has installed and cut the glass shower door and is amidst installing the windows on our porch. He did do an excellent job on the tile work in the bathroom. We have been working since the middle of April to get this project done."

"Wonderful! Phil and Company to the rescue. This job was not an emergency but definitely a high priority. L & L Contracting provided quality work at an extremely reasonable price, I had 5 estimates done. They were straight forward in scheduling, prompt, and professional in conduct. I''m an extremely happy camper and I'd definitely use their services again."

"Logan and his assistant Jeremiah were very professional and did great work on our bedroom floorsing installation. Quality, price and service were all excellent. I would recommend them to anybody in the capital region looking for similar assistance."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"It went excellent!  Hi Tech Construction Co gave me a detail estimate of the job.  And compared to other estimates I received from several other companies, Hi Tech's was the most reasonably priced.  Hi Tech also gave me a timeline of the job from beginning to finish and they were right on target.  The crews showed up on time and carried out the job like experts - they surely looked like they knew what they were doing.  I noticed that they were very concerned about the safety of our neighbors, anybody passing by, their crews, and us.  They also cleaned everything right after they finished their job.  I was really happy with the timeliness and the quality of their job.  I will definitely strongly recommend Hi Tech.  I do not think you can go wrong with them.
