"$650.00 was deducted for the Patio roof which doesn't begin to cover costs . Pitch was changed affecting drainage / weight added / unable to unbolt do to amount of sealant on roof/ waves and ripples do to to much sealant. I looked the other way on this as I just did not know what to do.. I am leaving it as is and will take a loss when I sell the house, A painter was sent over to paint affected wood siding. Swamp cooler was moved to preform shingling electrical and water lines are attached to cooler. I complained about leaks on a few occasions they came out and put sealant . I thought that was the end of it I had no way of knowing it still leaked water into the insulation we have been in a drought so not that much rain. Also I am in my 70s cant be getting on roofs to inspect things. I had two insulation contractors come over for estimates both said the same thing insulation damaged by leaks from cooler lines, I asked to be reimbursed $ 1040.00 but was refused saying they wont cover damage inside the house. If you feel they are right about this please do not contact them as I still have a roof warranty and will have to work with them if any thing else go wrong. I fact contact me before you say anything to them."

Then they replaced all the furniture. Shai, himself, is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. These traits filter down to his crews. Everything went as he said, on schedule, with no drama and no fuss. Moreover, when the insurance company was slow in sending the check, he was very understanding, and assured me he would hold my credit card information until the check came in. I cannot praise this company, and the owner, highly enough. Both experiences with them have been a real pleasure - even with my bedroom sitting in the rest of the house! Shai's quiet competence and managerial abilities filter down to his work crew, making everything transparent, smoothly predictable, and very well done. The results have been outstanding, and if I win a lottery, I will hire them again, to redo the whole house!"

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"Eric did an excellent job. He cleaned the vent, but did not feel the air flow was what it should be. He went on the roof, and found that the exit vents was completely blocked because of the 1/4" wire around the vent that was placed there to keep the mice and pack rats out of the vent. Eric took the vent off and removed thick patches of compacted lint. No wonder my clothes were not drying!! I believe Avalanche Cleaning went above and beyond their job to clean the dryer vent. Eric also looked at some of our carpets to be certain he could clean them here, instead of taking them in for cleaning. This can be scheduled at another time."
