He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

When they did, it went as smoothly as possible:The men moved all my bedroom furniture, which includes heavy 250-year-old chests, took down 10-foot-tall curtains and pelmets: scraped and evened out the cement floor, adding a coat of cement, replacing insulation and drywall, installing LVT flooring, and painting. Then they replaced all the furniture. Shai, himself, is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. These traits filter down to his crews. Everything went as he said, on schedule, with no drama and no fuss. Moreover, when the insurance company was slow in sending the check, he was very understanding, and assured me he would hold my credit card information until the check came in. I cannot praise this company, and the owner, highly enough. Both experiences with them have been a real pleasure - even with my bedroom sitting in the rest of the house! Shai's quiet competence and managerial abilities filter down to his work crew, making everything transparent, smoothly predictable, and very well done. The results have been outstanding, and if I win a lottery, I will hire them again, to redo the whole house!"
