"I am very pleased with the service and equipment. Patrick was prompt, did the work quickly and cleaned up afterward. His price was very reasonable and he has called to check on the system and make sure I am satisfied. I know he will be there right away if I have any problems. I had no experience with choosing a system for an older house in Santa Fe. There is no ductwork. It was heated with a wood stove. The mini split system has given me three zones in the house where I can control the heat or cooling separately. This is perfect for me because I don't have to heat or cool areas that I am not using."

"okay... there were initial leaks after the install but they came and fixed them."

"One Person’s Thoughts A career focused upon business strategy for global companies has taught me that there are two types of relatively successful (lifetime duration unknown) to successful (long-term over many years) companies; • Good companies • Great companies. Good companies focus upon sales and immediate revenue events. Immediate sales revenue is a singular event -- once the revenue is in the till future revenue requires significant renewed efforts and becomes much less predictable. Sustaining a company upon immediate revenue is a difficult, high energy, and high cost of customer access process. Great companies focus upon building brand through long-term customer partnerships. Building these customer partnerships requires expending much more effort and customer care up front, while micro-focusing upon building long-term sustainable revenue from families of parents, children, grandchildren and family relations. Great company customer partnerships also lead a to durable, sustainable brand image for companies; recognizing that brand image is not build by money and/or advertising, but by understanding and humanity on a customer by customer basis. Brand image is customer experiential and cannot be created through advertising, marketing or immediate sales. Building customer partnerships requires understanding and customer compassion through five phases of partnership: • Initial information and needs analysis • Marketing and sales • Customer care by actively and compassionately resolving all customer questions and concerns • Installation with open information sharing about timing, concerns, issues, and challenges • Customer follow up and care – touching the customer during and immediately after the install event and in an on-going manner at least three to four times a year after that. From my very recent experience, Road Runner a Good company, one with a way to go to become Great!"

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"Julian Lopez, the Technician, is quick and efficient... I could have gotten the job done at a cheaper price elsewhere but for a few dollars more I ve got piece of mind. If you can afford it go here. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can t. This time I can so I decided to go with Albq Plumbing Heating and cooling. Really to assess and install a new pump for my cooler was around 200.00 which I thought was reasonable."

"The crew that worked on this remodel, led by Alejandro, were prompt in arriving, patient with our questions, and very responsive to our requests. They were very skilled and thorough, and completely changed our home for the better. I highly recommend this company, since it provides full services, such that plumbing and electrical are available from within the organization, as opposed to waiting for subcontractors to respond."

"Air Pro did a superb job removing the existing 50-year-old ductwork in our home and installing all new ductwork. The house could not be cooled evenly (as much as a 10° difference between rooms), but the new system Air Pro designed and installed has dramatically improved things: the whole house is evenly cooled. They also installed an exhaust fan in the master bathroom. The techs, Alan and Mike (I hope I got their names right), were courteous, respectful, and, most important, excellent at their jobs. They ran the new flexible ducting in the attic so that we can still access the areas we use for storage. At one point some damage was done to ceiling sheetrock in the living room, but the guys immediately cleaned everything up, and Jared at Air Pro sent over a sheetrock crew the very next day to make the repair, which was expertly done. Overall we're very satisfied and can recommend Air Pro. Thanks!"

"Went very well, fixed my computer quickly, worth the money

"My house was constructed in 1993 with polybutylene water supply lines that run beneath the concrete slab.  Several observations clued us into the fact that one of the hot water lines was leaking beneath the slab, the most obvious of which was a warm tile floor in the master bathroom (but no radiant heat in this house!).  We were able to identify the leaking line and turn off the hot water to it at the valve manifold.
We chose to go with KSM Plumbing based on positive Angie's List reviews and a reasonable quote.  A new supply line was run from the meter into the house.  New interior distribution lines were installed, running through interior walls and the attic when necessary.  The line to the exterior drip irrigation system was replaced.  We also replaced two exterior hose bibs and two shower/bath valves, and an expansion tank was installed on the hot water heater per current code.  All water lines in the attic were thoroughly insulated.  PEX was used throughout, which is the material I preferred over copper.
KSM's crew was outstanding; they were professional and efficient.  The owner routinely inspected his crew's work and met with me to answer any questions and ensure that I was satisfied.  I am very pleased with the quality of their work and will certainly use them again for future plumbing needs.
