The perimeter of the house was cleaned and free from debris after the job was completed. The new roof has weathered the recent hail storms and rain with no problems. House is definitely cooler and am anticipating a warmer house this winter. Project manager was knowledgeable and professional and was honestly concerned about my happiness with the job. "Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"Business owner showed up at agreed time.  Ricardo was friendly, courteous and clearly knew his craft.  He painted walls that were new drywall and previously spackled.  Including primer, and two coats of cover paint, he completed the job in about 5 hours that included waiting for the first coat of slow-drying cover coat to dry (I supplied the paint). 
I learned a great deal about painting from this gentleman, and he was fun to have in my house due to his knowledge and friendly spirit. 
As to results, the room looks better than I had expected, and Ricardo's work is a real highlight.  I totally recommend Painting Solutions for any painting job and I have since learned that several realtors in Albuquerque use this company to stage homes for sale.  They are fast, efficient and do excellent work.  They came to Belen, a good drive from Albuquerque and refused any additional compensation for gas.
