"It went extremely well. Steve was out to my home in 30 minutes and explained what he was doing through the whole process. They used several procedures to find the leak location and then drilled 3 very small holes in the slab to pinpoint the exact location. He said if the the leak is under tile they can usually drill through the grout. That made me feel so much better as I didn't want holes all over my house. It went very well and I will certainly use them again. Called the plumbers and it was exactly where he said it was and my leak is now fixed."

"It went well. The plumber called to let me know he was running a few minutes late. He examined the garbage disposal when he arrived then the pipes under the sink. He pointed out some issues with the pipes under the sink and with the installation of the current disposal. I had been suspicious about this and agreed with his assessment. He rebuilt the pipes under the sin and installed the disposal. Nothing leaks now! The garbage disposal works as expected. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the installation.

"Kevin and his associate were very professional in every way. The sink drain pipe was fixed quickly, and the cabinet rebuilt on a separate trip. Extra flexible piping was used in the drain pip repair to prevent the cracking from re-occurring. I appreciate his competence and willingness to discuss all the aspects of the job. I would definitely call KSM again.

"Lionel was fantastic to work with. I had asked for an estimate thinking that my cooler might be on it's last legs, but Lionel told me that with a few small repairs I might get some more years out of it. Lionel was very personable, careful, and thorough, and extremely generous with his time. I would highly recommend this company. This is the second time they have done work for me, and I have been very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work."

"We have used Williams several times before for repairs, but this is the first time we have had them do this yearly routine swap. We were especially pleased with the inspection of our furnace, which is getting on in years. The thoroughness of their inspection far exceeded anything we have gotten from any other company. We also really like the fact that their technicians never seem to be in a big hurry to finish us as quickly as possible so they can rush off to somebody else. Williams now is or first-call for any kind of HVAC service."

"Jon showed up on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and completed the work in the time frame he provided. Jon was very responsive, polite and professional. I am going to hire him again for any future electrical work on my house."

"If there were six stars, this company would get it. The plumber came and replaced a part that another company told me could not be fixed. Daniel called before arriving, replaced the one part that was needed, cleaned up and helped with an unrelated problem. As a 70 year old female, I noticed his personal cleanliness and fine manners as well as his excellent service."
