I felt the cost of the regulator was high and he suggested that I could purchase the part myslef and only pay for installation charges. The part would not receive Roadrunners guarantee, however. I decided to locate and buy the needed parts and called Roadrunner for guidance. They were very helpful in guiding me to the correct parts. "We got them through another company. It's part of a contract; they come twice and then after that, it's up to us to call someone to replace the filters and all that. The first two are free after the installation so there was no charge for that one. He put in a refrigerator. We had a swamp cooler; we put in the refrigerator. That was all they did. They did a very good job. On the price, it probably was a good deal at the time. They were here, they were very prompt."
