"We had an issue with our homeâ s kitchen counter GFCI when we discovered that a neutral wire had been severed too far into the electrical box to be effectively reconnected. Expecting to wait a week or more for an appointment, and concerned that no one would find such a small job worth doing, we nevertheless had the great good fortune to contact Source Electric Services of Melbourne Beach late on a Wednesday. Before close of business we had an appointment for the following morning with SESâ s Forrest, a retired electrical engineer. Forrest called first, showed up early, quickly determined that the wire had separated because of improper crimping, and repaired our GFCI while providing detailed instructions on the proper way to wire and pigtail a GFCI as well as every other switch / receptacle. (Among the most useful of his instructions was NEVER to trust what you see on YouTube; never to solder electrical [not electronic!] connections; the potentially lethal dangers of working with â neutralâ wires, even when the circuit breaker was â offâ ; and some reasons one might want to avoid purchasing switches and outlets from big box stores. We also learned that these seemingly small jobs are what SES does, and we should never hesitate to call!) We found SESâ s fees to be very reasonable, we learned a great deal, and we were very thankful for Forrestâ s highly skilled and very rapid response. You will not do better than hiring Source Electrical Services, but you can do very, very much worse. -- Walt & Lynn Radencic Malabar, FL"

"This is the 4th time I have used this company to do electrical work in my home. Bill is always fair on the price and willing to rework the contract to meet my budget needs. He and his employees always show up on time and ready to work. The job has always been done to my satisfaction. They take time to answer my questions and address any issues before they leave. They have run new lines for new outlets and fixtures, moved outlets and fixtures to new locations, installed recessed lighting in several rooms, replaced several fixtures, installed a few bathroom fans, installed breakers, and troubleshot issues with the old wiring in the home. If I need electrical work Space Coast Electrical Company is the only number I am calling because they are dependable and trustworthy."

"Tony was able to quickly remove the electrical outlet requested. He was professional and prompt."

"Joey did a great job replacing a broken outlet in a difficult spot."

"This company did a great job in installing an outside waterproof outlet for my patio TV. There was an issue in that the space I chose for the new outlet had common wires and no neutrals. The electrician found a neutral inside a separate junction box and and connecting a spare neutral that could be used to complete the circuit. Although the work to complete the project did exceed the initial bid amount, the manager Robert Craig honored the original bid. I can only say that the employees of OCS were professional, courteous and a pleasure to have them in my home. I will be contacting OCS in the very near future for another project. for another project shortly."

"I am in the market of shopping for homeowner's insurance and my inspector spotted an issue in the wiring inside of my exterior electric box that needed immediate attention. I located Mr. Sparky on Home Advisor and received an immediate return call to schedule a service appointment. I had already had two previous quotes done and I was not satisfied with the professionalism or the pricing I had been offered. Mr. Sparky had a representative show up within 48 hours of my inquiry, and they were able to give me a quote and completed the repair on the same day! The installer, Alexander Sandoval was not only knowledgeable in the issue I was having repaired, but in other inquiries I had as well...including eventually upgrading my current wiring and cosmetic lighting inquiries. He was professional, helpful, and courteous...something that can be a rarity in this day and age. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs. They will be my "go to" electrical servicer going forward."

"Oscar was prompt, knowledgeable and above all polite. I know less than nothing about electricity beyond switch up is on, switch down is off. Oscar eased all my concerns about numerous electrical issues I thought I had, in my home and I will most certainly retain his services to replace and update certain areas of my home. Peace of mind is invaluable, I have peace of mind. Thank you"

"Installed my Tesla Wall Connector inside my garage. He is a professional and certified electrician. He also noticed some wires mislabeled in my breaker box and fixed that as a courtesy as well. Great service and friendly."
