The cause of water intrusion was substandard work by AAA Modern Air when they replaced my roof A/C allowing rainwater to enter the junction boxes on the roof and flood into my breaker panel inside my home. GARAY repaired and sealed the roof j-boxes, replaced the incorrect conduit and fitting that AAA Modern Air installed- material not meant for use in outdoor electrical applications. How this crap work by AAA Modern Air passed the Hollywood code electrical inspection is concerning. GARAY replaced a burned circuit breaker and burned wiring. I picked this company at random, and they exceeded my expectations for quality of work, work ethic, and they are customer centered, and great guys. They are also an Air Conditioning Service company, a great combination of competencies. GARAY is a Broward County licensed contractor. Their rates are incredible, meaning not typical for our region of South Florida. My requirements were for emergency work, I need you now! What qualifies me to write this honest review.
