"Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel.
