Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Jacob and his crew at Krustch Renovation were stellar. They provided clear and consistent communication. He asked questions and offered input. His crew painted a full house interior with clean cut lines, and two coats, in four days. he then led a walkthrough and created a punch list to complete any areas needing extra paint. He patched walls and painted the trim. And finally, he painted the cabinets in the kitchen as well. He was kind and honest in his assessment of a quote and delivered a professional service for a fair price and good value."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Kevin was very accommodating to the needs of our special project. He installed all trim and engineered hardwood floors in our basement. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. Sometimes contractors speed through their work just to get on to the next job. Kevin takes his time to get the job done correctly while maintaining overall quality. He even goes the extra mile to insure the little details are not overlooked. It may take a little longer, but if you have the patience, you will get a better finished product in the end. Kevin is a very nice honest guy to work with. We will undoubtedly welcome him back to assist on our next projects."
