(No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high. These guys worked hard and were there consecutive days until the project was complete.  I initially hired them to do just the wainscoting in nursery.  There was an attached bathroom that was gutted to the studs I was slowly working on and I wanted it done quicker they ended up putting up the drywall, laying the tile on the floor and tub surround and installing crown and trim. It took him a day to call me back. He was on time. It was just difficult to reach him but once he made a commitment he showed up. The man was a pro."
