"Dream Work Designs renovated my 30' x 16' deck. I had them rip everything out except the structure and replace it. As it turns out, they even ended up doing some structural work for me--sistering floor joists, squaring an end joist, and improving on the original stairs. These were not things I originally requested or was aware of, so it was refreshing that they were transparent about the structural deficiencies. While it took much longer than originally quoted (granted--they were dodging snowstorms), the end result was very good and Brian and Karen did a great job of staying in touch throughout the process. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
