"I meet with Eddie and Charles to receive an estimate. There price was fair and they specialized in work that I need, so I went with them. About a week later the  work began. The crew was great and the foreman informed me when work began and ended each day. The did all the work as agree and make sure I was completely satistified. The only compliant I had was that the extra footings and post that was needed was added to final cost, which I wasn't aware of until final payment was required. They gave me a fair price.

"Ben Pollard has been to our house several times for different jobs.  We have always been happy with his work and assessment of what's needed.  On the most recent visit he did the manufacturer's recommended yearly maintenance on our tankless water heater.  A year ago he came out for a leak in an underground pipe in our yard.  We had noticed from our water bill that something was wrong.  Ben quickly found and fixed the problem.  I recommend Ben and will call him for all our plumbing needs.  I trust his judgment.
