"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Yes I will. Two things though. The shutters needed a good cleaning before they were primed and painted. I got out a hose so they could clean them. They didn’t use it. So they painted without cleaning them. They also showed up with just some narrow masking tape to mask off the brick and siding of the house to keep paint off of the house. They also said they would get it all done in (2) hours and they were there (4) and wanted more money for the job. I ask for an estimate to paint a white wall blue and they wanted $450 when all of my estimates were $200 dollars less"
