"I was in need of soffit, fascia, and siding. Had an estimate drawn up for all of it. We decided to just do gutters, soffit, and fascia (thankfully). Did a walk through, and contract signing gave them half down (all professional up to this point). Then it went downhill. Short story, the job is done 2.5 months later.
