When I realized this a few months later, I contacted them and spoke to Robin who promised to refund the money--they owed me over $300--he did not refund all of it. My advocate managed to get a few more bucks out of them. I disputed the charges with my bank; JSP forked over a bit more, but still not all of it.They owe me $135. They do not respond in a timely fashion, if at all. They have a bot taking calls, so speaking with an actual human being is virtually impossible.
