"Great! Nate installed professionally, even going into our crawlspace under the house on a 90 degree day! Other installers wanted to run the lines along the outside of our house. Only Zenner & Ritter offered to go under the house so the unit could go into the backyard. Nate and his assistant were hardworking and knowledgeable. Tom, the electrician from Melton, was very knowledgeable and professional. Having had other dealings with Melton Electric was one of the reasons we went with Zenner & Ritter for our generator. "The online reviews and the sales pitch were outstanding. When it came to actually doing the work, the biggest failure was the lack of communication between the design department and the project manager and the onsite carpenter. I ended up paying a lot of money and not being satisfied with the end product. The project manager blew me off and minimized my concerns and then claimed he didn't. My husband is still replacing (2 months later) baseboard and door and window casing that they were going to charge us $90/hour to refit and replace. They also installed a washer and dryer and didn't take out the shipping struts. Luckily my husband guessed that they didn't do it, so our expensive washer was not ruined. I have to pay to have the shower floor replaced, but I can't afford to do it at the moment. They claim it's the materials I chose, but I think it's the way it was installed. I dread getting into my shower now... I reached out to them to detail my experience and they said they were sorry, but didn't take any responsibility, and they didn't offer to fix it. Oh well."
