"Job well done. Very satisfied and would refer Cloud Nine to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs."

"Luis was very helpful with letting my neighbors know that they would be repairing my fence since they have a dog. He kept me informed on when the project would start and I am very happy with the results. I no longer have to worry about my fence falling. ??❤️"

"At first their were asked to replace and update the lighting in the kitchen and out door lights by the garage. Their prompt and professional work was excellent. So I had them paint the interior of my house, replace my fence gate and repair my shed door. ALL the work was exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Freddie is a man of integrity. I had 3 different roofer come to my home to assess my roof; O'Hare Roofing (Freddie) expressed his assessment of my roof in a very detailed description of my issues and what it would take to do a quality repair. I had him replace my entire roof ! You can not beat his prices or his quality of work ! Highly recommend ! !"

"Fantastic. Redeemer filled all of the voids under the entire driveway - literally at least 1/3 of the driveway had zero support underneath it because the ground had washed away. The Whole driveway is now level and all the cracks are repaired."

"I was impressed with the immediate call back and same day estimate. Other roofing companinies were still turning in estimates AFTER The Roofers had FINISHED the job. They did a good job especially working in the extreme heat. My only complaints are 1) they did not take the time or have the proper equipment (ie ladders with roofing attachment) and damaged my gutters wherever they placed their ladders to gain access to the roof. 2) cleanup after the job was incomplete as I had to clean up a 5 gallon bucket of shingles and materials from around the perimeter of the house and INSIDE the gutters. In all, the job looked good when it was done."

"Very flexible and responsive. Options for upgraded shingles provided by company. Would recommend it to anyone."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.
