I was in a real bind to get a toilet installed in my home yesterday. I contacted David at JGB Renovations around noon an explained why I needed this install expedited. He committed to help me. About 6 pm I received a call from Raymond, one of David's men. He explained that he was on a job but could get to me later in the evening. He arrived about. 8:30 pm and got right to work. The job was completed around 10:30. Raymond did an outstanding job and even left the bathroom spotless. He was very personable and professional.

"After the recent purchase of our new home, there was no shortage of repairs and improvements that needed to be done. The first project was to have carpet removed from our lanai and have ceramic tile installed. Our search for for the best tile installer began and ended with George. He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! Our lanai looks beautiful thanks to George's master craftsmanship. But beyond our impressions of his work, virtually every other person who has come to our house (for plumbing, electrical, roof, etc.) has commented on how nice the tile looks, and several asked for George's contact info because they want to use him on their own homes. We cannot recommend George highly enough!"

"They mother and daughter team were very attentive and thorough. They gave attention to detail and really got to the key areas I needed "extra" attention to. They cleaned my ceiling fans, Wood grain blinds, windows & sills, walls, baseboards, floors, all surfaces cleaned and dusted, bathrooms completely cleaned  (tubs, sinks, floors) All floors swept and mopped and cleaned my kitchen as well. "Freddie did a great job on inspecting a house an older house built in 1991.  He provided an 4 point inspection (Electrical, roof, plumbing and structure) for home insurance quotes and also provided detailed inspection report (around 97 pages).  The inspection report showed findings, safety concerns, HD pictures with each findings, and estimated costs for each finding.   We had an issue with the AC not working properly and I was able to get an AC technician to investigate further where full replacement was needed.  He spent more than half a day doing the inspection and also had the opportunity to see and learn his inspection's techniques.  Luckly, I cancelled the contract so the seller don't provide a lemon house.
I highly recommended his work for other clients when doing home inspections and wind mitigation. Also, Freddie does provide construction work on fixing the home as well.
