They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. "The shed was built from ground up. It's 8x10, there's a shelf that's goes from
one side to the other side. There is a 36in door with a lock and a dead bolt lock
which makes it very secure.

During our first meet he over heard me tell my husband that it would be nice if
there was a light in there just in case we have to go into the shed at night. 
Well to my surprise he installed a light that runs off of solar, the light came
with 3 settings. I love it and yes I have been in the shed at night.

He made me feel like he really aim to please and he listens to his customers. I

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
