"The technician was friendly. He showed pictures of my supposed vents after they were cleaned but not sure if they really were my vents or a vent that they show to everyone once they are done. The vents in the house were dented by the technician who was cleaning them with the air hose, it would have been nice if he took them off to clean them. The plastic covers put over the vents in the basement by the person cleaning the ducts were never taken off when finished. Our gate they took off to go down to our basement was replaced but does not close now, it will need to be fixed by someone(added to otherwise expensive cleaning expense)."

"I had Heiden refinish my tub/shower about 1 year ago. While the customer service and staff was excellent, the quality of the product is poor. This tub/shower only gets used a few months out of the year and it constantly has a film/ soap scum all over the tub. There is no shine...very dull therefore it always looks dirty. There is no mold growing in the caulking. I have followed there recommended cleaning process however due to the porous covering, it never gets clean. I would not recommend this process of refinishing."
