"This started out kind of odd but not terrible, with the inspector/salesperson, when trying to hold them accountable the gentleman thought"lol" was the best response to a customer. The work performed looks ok to me so far other than them completely destroying the vapor barrier we paid to have put in 2 years ago. They were hired to fix a water issue in the process they created another one. Leading you to assume its just more work they can get down the road, why else would you preform services like this?It was cut in suc a way that you can pull to and repair. It is so discouraging to do business with a company that doesn't care about what you have already had to spend or do. Again when trying to get this fixed you are laughed at, its incredible.
