"He did a great job. He listened as I explained that I had overtightened the chain on the old 1.5-hp opener and, after a couple of weeks, the chain had pulled off the sprocket. So I had bought the 1.75-hp opener that he would install. He then installed the new opener and said it would work fine with my garage door, and it has. I also told him that, when I bought the new opener from Home Depot, I had also paid for installation by Top TierOverhead Doors. The Top Tier guy tried to upsell me, saying the new 1.75-hp opener I had bought was not powerful enough. I pointed out that it was more powerful than the one it was replacing, but he said they don’t make them like they used to. He said he called his boss who checked with Home Depot and they wouldn’t back the new opener. He wouldn’t install it and left. Home Depot refunded the installation charge. As I said, One Nation had no problem with the new opener, which works great."

"From the time OGD responded to my Angi request for garage door repair, they were wonderful! Got an immediate response and set up time for repairman to come out. They kept me updated on when they would be here and everyone was pleasant and courteous. The repairman, Daniel, was here on time. He fully explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was efficient and did a great job. My garage door operates perfectly now. If he made any mess in the garage, I couldn't tell because there was nothing left behind to even indicate he'd been there. This is the BEST service I've had since I don't know when.
