He fully explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was efficient and did a great job. My garage door operates perfectly now. If he made any mess in the garage, I couldn't tell because there was nothing left behind to even indicate he'd been there. This is the BEST service I've had since I don't know when.
