"Michael Ajakie did our first major renovation in 1999 completely gutting the kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, master bathroom and installed hurricane resistant windows. Michael and his team were always on time, highly ethical and the quality of work was exceptional. His attention to detail shows in the completed project. When we moved to a new home, against my better judgment, we hired a client of my husbands to renovate an existing patio into a family room. It proved to be a big mistake. The contractor made so many costly errors and took over a year to complete 330 square feet enclosure. So when we were ready for a our next project in 2004, a total kitchen renovation, we called Michael because we knew we could trust him and would end up with a beautiful kitchen. His knowledge is priceless... He reviewed the plans we had drawn up by an engineer and discovered some mistakes that would have threatened the integrity of the structure and revised the plans thus saving us, yet again, thousands of dollars.
