They arrived on time. The tech was clean and personable. He diagnosed the trouble in minutes and explained the situation. He said he needed to order parts and asked for a deposit which I gave him. About 2 minutes later he said one of his colleagues had the part and would be here in 15 minutes, it was. He repaired the appliance, cleaned up the mess and swept the floor afterwards. "We have a service contract with them; they do regular maintenance. They come out roughly every six months. The labor and visit was free. It takes about an hour to get the work done. Usually just one person comes out and does it. Usually it is the same person but it is not always the same person. Usually it is a small set of people so sometimes we recognize each other and sometimes we don't. The service contract itself is about $350. The price depends on the age of the unit, whether it is gas or electric or that kind of thing. I even recommended them to my mom."

There were parts that he required that were not readily at his disposal and he went out on his own to a nearby appliance supplier to pick of the needed items in order to finish the repair. Was very professional and the service was great!!! Would highly recommend him!!!!
