The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

We had to put up window units though because it was way too hot in the house to sleep. Originally, we were told we might need to replace our entire unit. After I called back stating our current unit was still under warranty, they came back the next day, and remarkably all we needed was a freon top off. Total cost for the 1/2 cup of Freon and initial visit = $300. I will not be using them again."
