The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
