"We LOVE our slide-out shelves!  Tom, Tony, and their installer Scott were all awesome to deal with.  These guys came out to our house in mid-July for an on-site quote, and we had our stuff installed in less than 2 weeks.  The craftsmanship of their shelves is excellent, and their price was great compared to ShelfGenie, who had a much longer lead time for installation.  
We asked them to retrofit our existing drawers with Blum full extension slides, which they were able to do pretty easily.    
All in all, it was a great experience.  They're polite, on-time, easy to deal with, and they did exactly what we asked for.  Their price is very reasonable for what you get.
Every time I open a pull-out shelf in our kitchen, I'm impressed with the quality of it.
