Brad was very helpful when making decisions on things that were on my dream list, while also keeping my budget in mind. His experience helped a lot because I wasn't aware of all of the details that go into renovating a home. It actually went a lot smoother than I ever anticipated and I think that was due to having a contractor who was well experienced. His work is VERY TEDIOUS and there is nothing that I saw that I wished had been done better. My house was always left in the condition that I left it or better, and remnants from working were always picked up. If I ever need any other remodel work done, I know who I will contact."
