"I have had the best experiences with the Plumb Magic crew.  I think I have met most of them so far!  They came and ran a gas line across our house to the generator that was installed.  The day before they came out for the gas line, our outside spigot broke, and was pouring water in, so I had them fix that after they installed the gas line, as well as a leak from a previous plumber.  Then they came and set all the fixtures for the final install in the basement bathroom, as well as re-piped the sewer ejector pump vent and waste line to be more efficient, and cleaned out said pit since debris was left in there.  A month or 2 after that, the ejector pump died that previous bad plumber installed, so they installed a new one.  Michael actually came by to bring the pump, and check the job.  Next was a leak in the ceiling of the basement bathroom on a Sunday after Christmas.  So they came out the following Monday to repair it.  I have called them on many weekends and gotten on their schedule for non-emergency issues the next business day.
If I had used Plumb Magic from the beginning of my basement finishing project, I could have saved myself a lot of money, and headaches!  Plumb Magic will now, and forever be my go to plumbers!  I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to.  Thank you!

"I would recommend Flood Crew LLC! They did an excellent job in a timely fashion."

"Wilson and his crew are amazing! They fixed an armoire door (antique French, so no hinges) when no one else was able to do so, and restored its veneer and cleaned the glass on the doors which had 200 years of mineral deposits. Next, they reupholstered a barrel chair, doing a beautiful job; it looks better than when I first bought it. Wilson has over 40 years of restoration experience with the Catholic Church in Italy and Ecuador, and it shows. He is also very personable and diligent when informing his customers of their job status. I highly recommend d them."

"Shawn arrive early and was very professional . My faucet was old and had some rust on pipes . It should have been an hour job , but due to my faucet it took almost 2 hours . Shawn did an excellent job and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction . I would highly recommend his services ."

"Plumber said it would require parts that he'd need to find or else replace the entire set up. He said he'd call back when he found the parts. We talked with him once and he said he'd been busy, then we never heard from him again. Faucets handles are still not replaced or repaired."

"Absolutely outstanding!  I will recommend 3-D ROGER ROOTER PLUMBING, LLC to anyone who has a routine or emergency plumbing need.  They were responsive, courteous, and effective in taking care of my plumbing needs.
I was referred to them through my home warranty.  They responded the next day and fit me in at the end of their workday even though it was across town and well after their scheduled appointments in my area.  Their receptionist was truly professional and helpful in keeping me posted on the whereabouts of their team so that I didn't have to wait around at my home.  Moreover, when the crew arrived at my home, they quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired my toilet in less than 15 minutes from the moment they entered my home.
3-D ROGER ROOTER PLUMBING, LLC is definitely a company you can trust.  Moreover, they are veteran-owned and operated.

"During the initial contact, I was impressed with the explanation of the testing process provided by the individual who answered my call. I was equally impressed by Mr. Robinson's step-by-step explanation while he set up the equipment to perform the test. He explained his licensing and the accuracy of the test that he was conducting. He was professional, efficient and possesses a great deal of expertise in his chosen field. He informed me when to expect the results of the testing and followed up with a phone call explaining the report in minute detail. Looking forward to working with Mr. Robinson for the next step in this process. Thanks again. -- Roger K"

"I called Rescue1 based on Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed.  Il left the repair cost box blank because everyone's needs will vary, based on the job, complications, etc.  I did call two other plumbers for estimates, and Larry's estimate was extremely competitive.  Larry listened to my description of the small rust marks around and on my water heater, and agreed that it probably needed to be replaced.  I'm happy that he is tech-savvy -- the night before the repair, I thought I had a major problem, and texted him with the question.  He responded ASAP to my question -- problem solved!  He and his assistant showed up on time, used the little booties religiously, and got right to work.  He was attentive to my concerns about the placement of the drain pan and heater itself.  He even made a proactive fix to a drain pipe because he didn't like its potential for leaking. Larry answered all my questions, educated me about how to keep the water heater running well, and had a great can-do attitude.  I will definitely use Recsue1 for my future plumbing/gas work.
