"Only con was they only sent 1 person to install all the floors in my 1900 sf home."

"Luxury home improvements did interior painting of my whole condo. It came out phenomenal. I am still in awe as I gaze around at the walls. I can’t believe it is the same place. The lines where they cut in the paint are perfect. My husband is astonished at how incredible it looks. He is a perfectionist, so that is saying something. They were very professional and great communicators. We have no complaints at all. I will certainly use them again for any future projects. "The carpet stretching went well all the way from the initial contact, the assessment and estimate appointment, and the actual stretching day. Everything was handled professionally and there were no "surprises". Aguayo was one of the few companies we contacted that would move furniture, and that is the only way carpet stretching can be done right. Basically carpeting in every room on the first floor, including the MB closet, needed stretching. They moved all the furniture from one room to another and then back while they stretched the carpet in different rooms. I thought I'd be following them around with a vacuum cleaner, but they vacuumed up all the areas themselves after stretching was done. It was great. I would highly recommend."

"Chris was very courteous and knowledgeable when he came to give my estimate. When the installers arrived to do the job they were very professional. . Would hire them for other carpet needs"

"We were extremely satisfied with the friendliness, punctuality and work of these men, Bill & John Vesperman. We love our new shower and would not think twice of hiring them again. Everything was cleaned up after they finished the job. They explained how to care for our new shower and doors and told us to contact them if we needed anything.

"Bo arrived to give us an estimate the week before. He brought plenty of samples with him. His wife called us the very next day with the figure and a date of the following week to install. They arrived on time, moved the furniture out of the room for us, removed the carpet and took it out. Installed the laminate. They were very efficient and respectful of us and our furniture. Put all of our furniture back the way they found it. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."
