"Nice people, attn to detail!"

"We hire this so called ?pro? Lance Ray back in August to built a deck , he disappeared on us and it?s almost mid December and we have been trying to get in touch with him with no luck . We don?t want to press charges , we want for him to bring the materials we already paid for as we have hired someone else to finish the job and to our dismay found out that this so called ?pro? never filed for a permit with the city and that the wood was never treated I have no idea the people that has given him good reviews if they are real or like a neighbor told us , maybe they are relatives Anyhow we are ready to go to the city and put a complaint as he can?t get away with this . See how he left the project ( picture attached ) , this is a guy that did one year of community college . Our bad for not doing more research on him Update as of 01/05/2026 I?m updating my previous review. At the beginning of the project, we experienced significant communication issues and the job was left unfinished for a period of time, which was very frustrating and led me to post a negative review. After that, communication resumed, he returned, and the original project was completed to our satisfaction. The quality of the finished work met our expectations. Because the project was ultimately resolved and completed well, we decided to hire him again for an additional project. I feel it?s important to share the full experience so others can make an informed decision. Below find pictures of the finished job!"

"Wow! I had the privilege of Bailey helping me with a project to build a pantry and I can’t express how impressed I am with his dedication and craftsmanship. He worked SO hard, all day long, and finished the entire thing in record time. All while having innovated ideas to make the project extremely functional and professional. His craftsmanship was outstanding and his work ethic was the cherry on top. I hope to work with him again soon."

"David demonstrated a level of professionalism that set him apart. He was responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cared about every detail. He happily answered questions and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of work delivered on my basement exceeded my expectations. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were clear. What was an unfinished space, transformed into a functional extension of our home that looks and feels like it was always meant to be there. What impressed me most was that David treated the project as if it were his own home. He took pride in his work, maintained a clean and organized job site, and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. In an industry where reliability can sometimes be hard to find, David consistently delivered on his promises. Stop looking and call Mintz Construction. You'll get exceptional workmanship, honest communication, and a finished product you'll be proud of!"

"Set up a time to meet then he backed out the day of the appointment due to being too busy. Went with someone else."

"I reached out to S&R regarding a potential major renovation to a home. Jason was very honest and realistic and although we did not move forward with the project, I would happily use S&R's services once we find the right home. Thank you!"

"Devan was a perfect gentleman. He was 15 minutes early which I truly appreciate it. He did everything. I asked him to hang four different curtain rods and he put up two shelves for me and did a few other little small services putting up a few hooks that sort of thing and he was really kind and polite and I asked him if he’d like some work in the future and he said yes that would be great and I will probably be hiring him again so I was very very pleased!"

"Service was excellent. The price was more than fair and work was completed the same day. Repaired fence and assembled patio furniture. Returning to set up garage shelving. Referred him to my neighbor to refinish her patio. Very satisfied."
