He explained everything well and answered any questions I had... he even stopped by my house several times during the re-roofing process to make sure that everything was proceeding according to my expectations. My expectations were exceeded at every point throughout this process. The roof replacement was quick, efficient, and the upgraded shingles resulted in a great-looking and robust roof. BLU even arranged for my house to be painted by one of its partners. Each contact I had with the workers who worked on my house was great: each had great work ethic, attention to detail, and were pleasant to have around. When two of the workers were on the roof outside an upstairs window, my young children were waving at them from the other side of the glass. When the workers saw my kids, they smiled and waved back. "Our home has a fairly complex roof design with several gables and unusual angles so we were highly selective when we chose to use Pro Shield LLC. The communication and timeliness of this team from project start to completion was excellent. When questions arose or suppliers had issues Pro Shield was prompt in their responses and notifications. This team was also proactive in making sure that I understood the basic processes involved with tear off and replacement and were especially considerate when doing so insuring that furniture, plants, cars, and people were safe in the process. One of our trees was damaged when some materials slid off in a different direction and the Pro Shield team showed me the damage and provided an acceptable resolution. On the plus side, the Pro Shield team identified an area that was prone to leakage and what they did to mitigate and prevent any future leakage in that area. They also brought our vents up to code and provided guidance for other improvements."
