He broke a lamp and said he would repair it and return it. He didn't. Really disap[ointed in his work ethic."

"Mark was exceptional in every way . First, he answered his phone right away. That shows me he was interested in doing work. He said he was busy with appointments until mid Septemer at which time I told him I had to get it done in two days as I was putting our <br />House on the market this weekend.
