I have an annual service contract for my residence with Oregon Heating and always request that Chris be my technician.  If I have to wait a little longer to get on his schedule, it's worth it!  Chris is a true pro.  He is extremely knowledgeable and always friendly, courteous and cares about the customer's needs.  I also recently used Oregon Heating and Chris to service the system in my Mother's home.  She passed away a few months ago and I am selling her house.  I needed a detailed service for the potential buyer, so I asked for Chris.  As always, he did a superior job for me and I am sure has satisfied the home's buyer.

I liked the fact that glacier is a small company and the owner Tom did all the scheduling and installation. The work was prompt and very well done. The price was mid range between the other bids. Inspection by Happy Valley was scheduled the day after installation. Tom is a very personable individual who wants to please his customers. He gave me a follow up call after installation and actually brought new filters the next week because he had forgotten to give them to me At the time of installation.
