"The quality of work is excellent.  Unfortunately, their boss directed his crew to ignore the obvious tilt of this old house, and we had to insist that the top of the closet doors be parallel to the ceiling!  He also got surly when my husband and I insisted that we both see the end result before paying him.  I hope this guy reverts to the personality we saw a couple of years ago and leaves the current one behind.

"We received the pads, they are exactly as we ordered, seem to be excellent quality. We would certainly use this company again. The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). "I called Juan who responded quickly with an appointment in my home to give a free estimate. He took measurements, explained what needed to be done and then provided a detailed estimate. (I had received other estimates, but they were not detailed and specific.) Before work began, I realized that my baseboards were also in bad shape and inquired if they could replace them also. They gave me a reasonable price on the spot. Flavio and his crew were exceptional. They worked diligently to repair the floor and replace boards that were damaged. I am so happy not to hear the floor squeak anymore and the beauty of the refinished wood makes me smile everyday."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
