"I chose this business because of the ratings, so I had some high hopes for this very small job. My expectations were to make it safer for me and the other senior who lives here. I understood that it was a patch job. The crew did a sloppy job, I was left with a 3/4 inch lip on the top end one board that is a MORE dangerous tripping hazard than the holes., and runs 6 1/2 feet--(at least you could SEE the holes). The other top board that runs the the rest of the length of the deck is also a tripping hazard. (about 1/4 of an inch higher on the edge). He came back and fixed it, so I am satisfied."

"Joshua was prompt (exactly on time, which was fantastic). He put my mind at ease from the moment he arrived. Very quiet; just did his work and did it extremely well and professionally. I could not be happier with the job he did. I enthusiastically recommend him; my only concern is that I might make him too popular!!

"He did a nice job. He was willing to scavenge in the attic to find a wall board that he could use to repair the drywall in the bathroom.

"Michae was easy to work with, reliable and interacted well with my tenants. Took care of needed trash removal related to the job and brought some other needed repairs to my attention. Also his price was lower than my usual contractor's price. Will use Barefoot Builders again."

"Now let me rave about Dave... He was on time if not early, he is a man that can do what he says and does it really fast. The deck repair was above and beyond what we expected. We wanted it it safe and up to code, he made it a work of art. He was knowledgeable of everything we threw at him.  He repaired the window glass so we didn't have to buy a whole new window, squeezed a dishwasher in a tiny kitchen (husband must have dishwasher), did the insulation and did the water shut off replacement. He works quickly and cleanly too, we could not even tell there was work being done. We are so pleased and yes we would hire him again in a heartbeat."

"They did a very good job. They were quick and I am very happy with the work that they did for me."

FUTURE FRAME CONSTRUCTION

"Mike was an exceptional contractor to have in my home. He presented amazing ideas along the way. His communication as construction progressed was timely and his construction knowledge is extensive. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RODGERâ  S CONSTRUCTION!"

"The company was flexible with the scheduling (we had to reschedule once due to a last minute conflict), and arrived on time for the appointment.   The team did an inspection and cleaning of the ducts, and then provided a detailed synopsis of the services, and items that we should consider repairing now or in the future.  Overall, we were pleased with the service, and are thankful to have dust and debris removed.
