"I have had Ehrhardt plumbing for numerous plumbing jobs. The Roman Tub Faucet installation was probably the least successful job but still OK. The tech left and the faucet was on a constant drip/flow. I had to call and have the tech return. He said he needed a replacement part. Since the faucet was one I had ordered online -and from company Ehrhardt does not deal with, I needed to find it. I eventually did. The drip fortunately stopped. I still wanted someone to come and recheck it -- didn't seem to work that great. I was told I would have to pay for the recheck. I was disappointed considering I have been a good loyal customer. I opted not to have him come. Previously they have replaced two hot water heaters. I would still call them because for the most part the service has been satisfactory."

"This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected."

They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order. "Jason was my plumber, he was professional very quick, cleaned up. Honest, he also diagnosed my water heater which also had to be replaced. Bge was cheaper, so I got the water heater from them. Heather the lady in the office, very sweet, and helpful. I will use again Thank u Jason, he was the 4th plumber to come to my house. He removed bathroom pipe they was clogged leading to bathroom sink. I have pictures. I would love to share."
