FYI - I had contacted 4 other companies (that I found on my own) and only one of them called me back and came out to look at the job. Then a week later he gave me a ball-park estimate (nothing in writing). His price was about the same as Prime Construction). So, I knew Prime’s price was on target. But, I went with Prime as I had constant and timely communication, a written estimate, and I felt that Agustin always had our best interests."
