"EXCELLENCE! The team was amazing. We had a leak in the front yard and it took 'a minute' for the county to find our shut-off valve to determine it was our pipe. Gary from Heil came out on time to give an estimate and they were able to get Miss Utility out and do the work the same day, all in about 3 hours! They only had to dig one hole near the shut-off to replace the whole line. They also filled the hole back in AND SEEDED and put hay on top, and at my request wrapped caution tape around the area (so the area can dry out). The hole they had to drill in the wall in the basement was patched and their "Pullzit” method worked beautifully (I actually video taped it, it was awesome to see). Oh and they either took off their shoes or put on their own shoe covers when they came in the house (didn't have to ask). Thank you Gary, Ronnie, Shaun, Tatiana and everyone involved for resolving this so quickly and efficiently. We HIGHLY recommend Heil Plumbing!!"

"They showed up on time and got right to work. The actual installation went okay. They, however, did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves. Also, when they refilled the hole they dug it wasn't close to being level with the rest of the yard. Instead there was a very visible large mound of dirt. I contacted them a week or so after having the work done, to discuss a concern, and the person I spoke with completely blew me off and dismissed my concern. That is when they lost any opportunity for repeat business from me."

"First off, John is amazing.  He'd been out to my house a year before to help with this bathtub.
This time, after calling him, he showed up within an hour.  He thought the problem might be the tub drain and suggested replacing it - a simple and non-invasive repair.  He admitted it might be something harder, such as the tub trap, but that would involve cutting a hole in the downstairs ceiling to reach the pipes.  He wanted to avoid that, and so I agreed to start with replacing the accessible drain components.  He sent one of his guys out the next night, working around my family's crazy work schedule.  The drain was replaced and tested, but later that night it started leaking again.  I called John and he apologized and committed to coming back out the next night, saying he would likely have to cut into the ceiling for the repair.
True to his word, he came right out the next night.  He cut two small holes in the ceiling, quickly identified the problem, and fixed the pipes.  We talked about repairing the ceiling, and since I prefer to do that kind of work myself, he walked me through EXACTLY what type of materials I need and EXACTLY how to do the repair.  I plan on getting that done this weekend.
I cannot sing this man's praises enough.  I've never worked with any repair person / contractor who is so nice, understanding, and communicative about the work.  I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.  I keep his card handy just in case something comes up, because I know he will respond promptly and offer high quality service.  Thanks again John!!

My plumber was knowledgeable and conscientious -- and a very smart and proactive problem solver as well! He identified and investigated a set of options to solve the problem, including looking up comments on the items I'd ordered to see if the problems he saw had been commented on by others and getting a few additional pieces of piping, etc, for a beautiful workaround. "upon inspection of the old tank it was determined that the tank itself, bladder, etc, was fine but the couplings at the bottom were corroded resulting in a pin hole leak. Jim offered me the choice to try to replace the couplings and save the tank but pointed out that since the tank was 10 years old it could fail sooner than later and I'd have to go through the labor charge all over again...we both agreed it was best to replace the entire tank and fittings to get it taked care of right the first time. Clearly the best way to go but nevertheless appreciated being given the choice. Jim and his assistant Glenn, were very professional and courteous."
