When they came out I had the best experience I have ever had with a tech. I will absolutely recommend Master Tech to anyone who has something going wrong with their Plumbing. Their customer service is outstanding. They made sure I knew every step they were going to take in fixing my main waterline. They came up and And told me that my water meter was reading all zeros again because they had fixed the problem. Thank you Master Tech you have made my life a lot easier."

"A few months back I had an emergency situation at a rental and reached out to a few companies, Jacob was the first to get back to me was very professional, but unfortunately was out of state and couldn't get to the job for a couple of days. But the fact that he actually responded and didn't just blow it off since he was away impressed me. So, when I saw he had an Angies list coupon for the work I needed I reached out to Jacob and even though it was a Sunday, replied within a few minutes, he was ready to do the work the following day, but I hadn't received the new faucet yet, once it arrived I contacted him and again he was able to schedule for the next time. Jacob is a very personable man and is very professional, I would highly recommend hiring him, prices are very fair, actually lower than the big guys I think. I always like supporting the small businessman and Jacob and AAA are definitely worth supporting."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
