"Prompt and precise. Derek and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I was in a huge bind and they essentially came to my rescue. Our basement flooded and I needed a water diversion tactic to keep the impending rain out of a specific area of my home. Derek went above and beyond to formulate and execute the plan at hand. My basement is finally dry after 3 years of fighting the rain."
