"It could not have possibly gone better. The repair was done in no time and the cost was less than quoted. It doesn't get much better than that. I also want to add that somebody apparently was able to log in under my account and gave these people a rating of F and I want to apologize for that. It was not me and I would never give them a negative rating. As a matter of fact I just made an appointment with them to come and repair our washing machine so again I'm sorry for the problem. I have contacted Angie's List and asked them to remove it. For whatever reason they won't let you remove reviews yourself......which doesn't really make much sense to me but anyway...sorry for the mistake All Better Appliance LLC. You guys rock in my book....."

"I called Mr. Dunn because my refrigerator had stopped working. He was able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. Mr. Dunn called when he was on his way to verify I was at home and still needed his services. Once he got here, he was able to diagnosis the problem almost immediately. The drain used for defrosting was stopped up. He quoted what it would cost to fix the problem and once I agreed he began the repair.  He took it apart and unclogged it, put it back together and it is now working just fine. I was very impressed with the straight forward way Mr. Dunn conducts business, no trying to fluff prices or feed you a line. I will definitely be using Mr. Dunn again in the future for any appliance repairs I need. He also does Handyman Services which I will not hesitate to use.
