"Our experience with Michael's Plumbing Service couldn't have been better. They were able to come just a few hours after I placed the call at a time that was convenient for my family. They quoted a price (which was lower than the others I had called) and even when the problem turned out to require a bit more work, they did not charge extra for it. They were quick, very friendly and professional, and thorough in their inspection and repair. Josh even took the time to make sure we knew where our water shut off valve was in the house in case we ever needed it and made sure we had no further questions before they left. They also happily accepted the Angie's List coupon we presented. So happy to have found them and will absolutely call or refer them next time we or someone we know needs plumbing help!"

Calls later in the day saying they could be there eariler - and they actually did the work without me even being there which saved me a lot of stressful driving. Repair appears to be working perfectly and don't think the cost was out of line.
