They found no issues with my home, but did point out some settling that caused cracking in my front porch. I appreciate that they broke down the processed they presented and warranties that they include. After evaluating and choosing a course of action, I was put on the schedule. The technicians were in constant communication with me throughout the steps and walked me through their work once complete.
