"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Nice young man knows what heâ s doing. Took microwave out but itâ s 20 plus years old. Repair parts would cost more than a new microwave. Put it all back so that I have the clock and light and fan for just the service call fee. Iâ m in process of replacing it."
