"Monday morning (8/28/17) we woke-up to no water. After checking the obvious, circuit breaker, etc., I looked on Angie's list for highly rated well drilling and service companies I called Scott at 5:45am, expecting to leave a message, but he answered the phone and said he could be here by noon. He called back later to say he would come even earlier. He, Jim and Bill replaced my submersible well pump, all new piping and wiring, and air tank with all new fittings, pressure valve, etc. They were respectful, responsive, answering all my questions, and Scott told me up-front, after determining the problem, how much it would cost. The ONLY thing I would say as constructive criticism would be for them to make sure they ensure the area of work is clean and in the shape it was prior to the work being done, but it wasn't bad, and maybe just an oversight. I would definitely use Ries again (but hope there's no reason to)."

"This was an amazing experience start to finish. Joe came out to give us a quote. He suggested that we try a couple of different things before getting the waterproofing done just to be sure we needed it before we spent the money. We did end up needing the waterproofing, and we are so glad we used Water B Gone. Everyone at the company worked so hard to be sure the job was done correctly - permits, inspectors, workmanship, etc. They left the worksite in amazing condition - they even replaced the grass and mulch they had taken out to put in the sump pump discharge pipe. "Very prompt and gave detailed information about work that was going to be performed. A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly."

He explained what I needed, was not high pressure and did not complain or threaten that the deal was not good for more than 24 hours when I asked for time to consider my options. The price was in line with other bids, so the deciding factor was his professionalism. Once I decided, they put me on the schedule that week. The men that came do the work were very polite and considerate. They actually hauled the buckets of concrete from trenching the basement floor an extra 50 yards to avoid going through the house at all. They communicated with me frequently to let me know where they were at in the process and what i should expect next. They were conscious about concrete prep clean-up, taking care not to leave any signs they were even there. I would hire again and highly recommend this company."
