"I just have to say, Brandon & the Foundation 1st team are incredible. I bought a house in 2023, had a house fire in 2024, and find myself as I write this review still displaced and running out of time on the rebuild. As the rebuild has progressed, a structural engineer identified that a support beam was missing in the “family room” basement that’s 3/4 below ground level. This support beam supports the 3 bedrooms of the house. With having my family & a 5 year old daughter, I really couldn’t stomach choosing not to replace it, but if you’ve never been in a house fire, it’s fighting tooth and nail to get 80% of everything covered by the insurance company. I couldn’t find someone to get this support done in the next few weeks without charging 2-3x. Then I found Brandon & Foundation 1st.
