"I reached out to Stay Dry Waterproofing for a quote on waterproofing my basement. They told me (as did other companies) that I needed to put a gutter system in my basement to alleviate pressure on the foundation and prevent future water damage. The sales team and inspector were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt when answering my requests. I did not go with this company because the price to do the work was almost double what the other two companies quoted me. This is also why I am giving them a "C'" rating."

"I used Basement Armor (Dave) to install a new sump pump system in my basement. He did excellent work, and provided excellent service. To accomidate my schedule, he did the work on a Saturday, the same week I called him. Due to quality work and excellent service, I had him do more work, including replacing all shutoff valves in the house. Same as before, he accommodated my schedule, and helped on a weekend. He also spotted a gas leak in the basement for me, and fixed as well. You could find cheaper, but not with the same quality of work, or customer service."

"I just have to say, Brandon & the Foundation 1st team are incredible. I bought a house in 2023, had a house fire in 2024, and find myself as I write this review still displaced and running out of time on the rebuild. As the rebuild has progressed, a structural engineer identified that a support beam was missing in the “family room” basement that’s 3/4 below ground level. This support beam supports the 3 bedrooms of the house. With having my family & a 5 year old daughter, I really couldn’t stomach choosing not to replace it, but if you’ve never been in a house fire, it’s fighting tooth and nail to get 80% of everything covered by the insurance company. I couldn’t find someone to get this support done in the next few weeks without charging 2-3x. Then I found Brandon & Foundation 1st. I kid you not, gave me an estimate at 9am 8/13, job completed at 10am 8/15. Quality? 🤌🏼 Service? 🤌🏼 Empathy? 🤌🏼 100% took care of me! Thank you so much, Brandon & the Foundation 1st team!"

"I had OBA install outdoor french drains and new downspouts a couple of years before they waterproofed my basement. They were the only company I could find who did it all. Basement waterproofing included removing old, putting in new: full inside perimeter drainage, enlarge sump pit, 2 sump pumps, I-beams and carbon fiber straps. Added in brand new: battery backup for sump and vapor barrier on most affected wall. When my basement got wet a year later after the work was done, they didn't hesitate to schedule someone to inspect. If was heavy condensation, barely a thin puddle compared to 2 inches of flowing water. They had to rework a 6 ft section and add cement around the I-beams, each on their own call outs. They didn't charge because I have a lifetime warranty, transferable to the next owner. I'll be working with them again soon for a professional level dehumidifier."

"Had Betts Structural Engineering come and look at the foundation of a house we were in contract on. Josh came out and was professional and informative. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it.
