"My house was a mess.  Now it is clean.
That's a simple statement, but to put this in perspective, my wife and I both work and I'm in night school.  I made the purchase for this in March and after we realized we had pros coming, we pretty much stopped cleaning the house for 6 weeks.  I also have two younger children, so the house wasn't in good shape.
Most impressively... the grout in our shower was gross.  It was black over a large part of it and I had tried several times to scrub and clean and what I thought was "everything" and I was ready to strip out the grout and start over.  C&A spent over an hour in the master bath.  I had wondered what was taking so long and then I found out... they go the grout clean!  I really hadn't thought that possible. That alone was worth the cost of the service.
I gave the price a "B", but I may seek to amend that at a later date.  I haven't had a house cleaner since we moved into this house and we only had the one before that to keep the old house in top shape while it was on the market.  Those cleaners were much less expensive, but I now suspect that may be a case of getting what we were paying for.
The only reason they got a B on professionalism is that when they came to the house they were 10 minutes early and spent that time smoking in their car with their doors open.  I don't smoke and appreciated them doing it in their car... except that my front windows were open and it blew their smoke right into the house.  I did not bring this to their attention, so they were not given a chance to address or correct the issue.  I very, very much doubt that they were aware it was happening.  But in general, entering someone's home smelling of a cigarette isn't "A" level professional behavior.  Small ding down to a "B".
Very impressed with C&A.  Will definitely use again.

Workers were respectful of our home.  Did excellent job of tiling shower with decorative design that gives it an upscale improvement look..  Did work within cost estimate.  Installed  toilet topper. Replaced sinks and cabinet. Installed new flooring.  Always told us when they would arrive and  when finished each day cleaned up the space.  Covered our steps with protective plastic.  Kept our outside door shut.
